Prestressed walls are rapidly rising in popularity as a convenient alternative to shuttering, block laying or plastering.

The walls contain prestressed steel cables for strength. The panels slot into each other with tongue and grove joints and are placed between vertical steel columns (RSJs).

Lifting inserts are placed in the panels to aid installation so they are fast and easy to install and can be repositioned or removed when required.

The panels can be customized from 1 to 1.5 m high and in lengths up to 6.1 m.

The walls are 140mm / 5.5” thick.
