Prestressed Wall Panels
- Prestressed walls are rapidly rising in popularity as a convenient alternative to shuttering, blocklaying or plastering.
- The walls contain prestressed steel cables for strength. The panels slot into each other with tongue and groove joints and are placed between vertical steel columns (RSJs).
- Lifting inserts are placed in the panels to aid installation so they are fast and easy to install and can be repositioned or removed when required.
- The panels can be customized from 1 to 1.5 m high and in lengths up to 6.1 m.
- The walls are 140mm / 5.5” thick.
